1978 Mercury Cougar XR7
Restore while you drive !
It was the era of the "big cats." The last of the largest Cougars built were the late '70s models, measuring over 215" in length.
This '78 Cougar is a project-in-the-works, with the added bonus of running and driving well. It is in need of cosmetics to bring it back to its original splendor.
It's powered by a 351-windsor motor and has an FMX automatic transmission. Many parts are new...including a new carburetor, new shocks, new tires & brakes. Loss of space forces the sale.
The vehicle has been with its present owner for 4 years.
Asking $2500 or best offer.

1970 Ford Fairlane 500
Cool Midsize Project
Fairlane 500 was the mid-trim level of the Fairlane-Torino midsize line as the 1960s became the 1970s..
This example has a V8 302 and automatic transmission. It starts, runs & drives..and is ready for a thorough restoration to bring it back to its original glory.
It has power steering and manual drum brakes. The brakes are spongy and it is need of rust repair in the typical places on the rear quarters and rocker panels...but floor work has already been done and many of the missing parts can be found inside or in the trunk.
The vehicle can be seen, by appointment, in Sterling, CT.
Asking $4500 or best offer.

1929 Ford Stake Truck
This beautiful classic Ford truck has spent its life working & representing its companies over the years as a fabulous advertising tool.
It's a Stakebed Dually that has spent many, many years now as a garage-kept vehicle..and that plain to see, given its good condition. It runs...and is ready to be put back to work, representing your business...whether it be via displaying product or as a rolling banner at local parades, festivals and the like.
The vehicle can be seen, by appointment, in Scituate, RI.
1965 Ford Mustang
Few cars out of Detroit ever made history in the same way as Ford's first Mustang...and this is a prime example of the breed !
Hailing from the first full model year for Mustang..this 1965 hardtop is a wonderful original that has been garaged throughout its current ownership. The body is great shape with no rust. It does, however, need some TLC under the hood.
It's the perfect project for someone who likes to "tinker" under the hood.
All it needs now is a new home (garage) to call its own.
1968 Ford Galaxie 500
Relatively few of these big, beautiful Ford convertibles were ever built with less than 12,000 rolling off the assembly lines.
This fine example will be a beauty to own. It's a structurally sound & solid car that's simply flawless inside and out...finished in Midnight Blue with a light blue interior. The engine is a V8-302. Features on this stunning Ford include front disc brakes and Cragar rims, AM/FM radio and an air-bagged rear suspension.
This fine ride was bought new in California and eventually brought to RI, where it has been in the possession of its current owner for 10 years. The body is "straight as an arrow" and it's completely ready to roll.
1964 Mercury Park Lane

This example carries the 390 engine and has been converted to a 4-on-the floor. It has also been upgraded with a front disc brake conversion.
Among the factory options on the car are: power steering, power brakes and power windows (including the power "Breezeway" rear window that was nearly always found exclusively on 4-door models).
It also sports optional fender-tip turn indicators.

1941 Packard 160 Convertible Coupe Deluxe
The current owner acquired this fine Saratoga Beige Packard on the West Coast nearly two decades ago, as the latest in a line of high-quality Classic Packards to have passed through his hands. At the time the car was in solid, very original condition, reportedly including even the factory interior and top, in good driver-quality order.
Subsequently the engine was fully rebuilt by Buxbaum Brothers, and a new top and interior were fitted. Afterward the car was driven extensively, including participation in a CCCA CARavan in Montana and many other events. As a testament to its excellent care & maintenance, it was most recently driven from its home in NJ to Laferriere Classic Cars (200+ miles on I-95), and has since undergone further professional sorting at the hands of marque specialists Parker’s Packards, including proper adjustment of all valves, repair/surfacing of the manifolds, tuning the carburetor/ignition, and rebuilding the speedometer, ammeter, and temp gauges.
Today running sweetly on its radial tires and in very good overall condition, this handsome Packard is sure to thrill a new owner on further CARavan adventures or simply ice cream trips.
NOW Offered at $59,500.

Tom’s Test Drive: I have driven this Packard about 80 miles so far. On the interstate comfortably at 65, night driving with all lights on with charging up to par. Brakes very well, no running hot issues, starts easily hot or cold. Power top working as it should, great boot fit. Shifting is fine, but this is a little clutch chatter starting off. Steering and suspension doing their job, with a few squeaks and rattles here and there.
Radio lights up and makes great static.
